The IYF English Training Program is a program overseen by highly-qualified teachers who regularly organize elaborate schedules. This program not only gives students the chance to study English at their school desks but also provides an opportunity to overcome the burden of conversation leading to the opening of the door to speak English. There are around 900 high school students, college students, and teachers that attend this training program.

English Group games: the 'IYF Academy' is devised to allow people to experience and learn the lives of Americans and practice conversing with Americans. 'Scavenger Hunt' is a game that allows group of students to cooperate and complete a mission together. 'Apples to Apples' is a game which requires the whole team to cheer and shout fervently in unison. All these games can open the students' hearts towards English. The English Camp becomes "newer and newer" by the year. During the short period of three nights and four days, the teachers not only teach the students English, but also share their hearts with their students. Within only a short amount of time the heart of the IYF draws changed images of children shining like stars.
